豚鼠听通路核团内诱发电位频谱分析

摘  要:目的:探讨听觉脑干反应频域参数合成机理。方法:用计算机叠加技术和脑干核团定位技术,分别测试听觉脑干反应(ABR) 、耳蜗核腹核听觉诱发反应(CN- AEP) 、内上橄榄核团内听觉诱发反应( MSO- AEP) 、外侧丘系腹核内听觉诱发反应(LL- AEP) 和下丘核中央核团内听觉诱发反应(IC- AEP) 。采用平均功率谱分析方法,对ABR及AEP的主波单波进行谱分析。结果:豚鼠ABR 呈现波Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四个波,CN- AEP 中波Ⅱ为主波,MSO- AEP波Ⅲ为主波,LL-AEP波Ⅳ为主波,IC- AEP波Ⅴ为主波,AEP中各主波与ABR 相对应波潜伏期无显著性差异(P> 0 .05) 。与ABR 频谱相比,AEP各主波单波频谱均存在三个谱能量集中区,即F0 、F1 和F2 ,但三谱峰值有不同程度下降,低位脑干以F2 下降明显(P< 0 .01) ,高位脑干以F1 下降明显(P< 0 .01) ;各谱峰中心频率向低频移动,频谱带宽变窄。结论:整个听通路各核团均不同程度含有F1 和F2 固有振荡频率成份。低位脑干以F2 合成贡献为主,高位脑干以F1 合成贡献为主,F1 和F2 是多种神经元核团及听神经不同谐振频率所合成。Objective To investigate the compositional mechanism of parametric configuration of auditory brain stem response in the frequency domain.Methods Auditory brain stem response (ABR) and the auditory evoked potential of cochlear nucleus (CN-AEP),mediar superior olivary nucleus (MSO-AEP),lemnisci lateralis nucleus (LL-AEP) and inferior colliculus (IC-AEP) were recorded with repetition and average technique of computer and orientational technique for brain stem nucleus.ABR and the main single waves of the AEP of every nueleus were analysed with the frequency spectrum.Results ABR in guinea pigs showed waves Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ and the wave Ⅱin CN-AEP,wave Ⅲ in MOS AEP,wave Ⅳ in LL AEP,wave Ⅴ in IC AEP was presented as main waves respectively.The incubation period of the main waves in AEP showed no significant difference with that of the corresponding waves in ABR (P>0.05).In contrast with ABR frequency spectra,in the frequency spectra with main single waves of AEP of every nucleus there were three energy peaks:F 0,F 1,F 2,which showed differently decreasing—the main decreasing showed in F 2 of lower brain stem spectrum (P<0.01) and in F 1 of higher brain stem spectrum (P<0.01);the band of spectrwm was narrower than that of ABR,and the major peak energy moving to the lower frequency.Coclusion Every nucleus of auditory pathway includes the resonant frequencies of F 1 and F 2.The lower brain stem nucleus contributes more to F 2 and the higher brain stem nucleus to F 1.Both F 1 and F 2 in ABR may be composed of the different resonant frequencies of nuclei and auditory nerve.
