巩膜隧道切口超声乳化白内障术后房角镜的观察

摘　　要：目的 :通过超声乳化白内障摘除术后房角的观察 ,了解手术对其的损害。方法 :对 2 0例采用隧道小切口白内障超声乳化摘除术及 2 0例白内障囊外摘除术的病例 ,通过房角镜观察前房角损害、虹膜周边前粘连、人工晶体襻不对称等的发生率。结果 :超声乳化白内障摘除术与白内障囊外摘除术比较 ,前房角损害、虹膜周边前粘连、人工晶体襻不对称等明显减少。结论 :白内障超声乳化摘除术对前房的损害明显小于白内障囊外摘除术。Objeetive:To investigate the changes of anterior chamber angle after phacoemulsification through a scleral tunnel incision.Methods:The anterior chamber angle and peripheral iris and the location of IOL were examed by gonioscopy on 20 cases performed phacoemulsification via a scleral tunnel incision and 20 cases performed ECCE.Results:The frequence of damages of the anterior chamber angle and synechia of peripheral iris and the change of location of IOL on the cases performed phacoemulsification via a scleral tunnel incision was fewer than that on the 20 cases performed ECCE.Conclusion:The damage of anterior chamber after phacoemulsification via a scieral tunnel incision is smaller than that after ECCE.
