膜性白内障的后房型人工晶体植入术

摘　　要：目的 :探讨膜性内障的后房型人工晶体植入术的临床效果。方法 :对 2 5例 ( 2 7眼 )膜性内障施行囊膜剪除植入后房型人工晶体。结果 :术后分别随访 3个月至 2年 ,2 7眼中矫正视力 1.0以上者 5眼占 18.5 % ,0 .5— 0 .8者 18眼占 66.7% ,未见严重并发症。结论 :膜性内障植入后房型人工晶体改善视力满意 ,是治疗单眼无晶体眼的有效方法。Purpose:To evaluate the clinical effect of posterior chamber introcular lenses(PC IOL)implantation for the membrane cataract patients.Method:The operations were performed on 27 eyes in 25 patients with the posterior capsule cutted and PC IOLs implanted.Result:The follow up visiting periods are desperate from 3 months to 24 months.Among 27 eyes,corrected acuity of 5 eyes(18 5%)are better than 1 0 whereas 18 eyes(66 7%)in remain is between 0 5～0 8.No other clinical significant complication.Conclusion:PC IOL implantation tend to be a satisfy result way to improve vision acuity in membrane cataract patients.Its proved an effective method in aphakia.
