摘  要:用Logistic、Von Bertalanffy和Gompertz 3种非线性生长模型对所选育的3个优质肉鸡品系(F系、S3系和Y系)及杂交组合(F♂×S3♀和Y♂×S3♀)的生长发育进行拟合。结果表明,3种模型均能较好地拟合其生长曲线,拟合度均在0.99以上,但综合分析表明Comports曲线模型拟合效果要优于Logistic和Von Bertalanffy,拟合度达0.998以上;其它拟合参数估计值表明,S3系极限体重(A)、拐点体重(A/e)和最大周增重(kyi)均小于F系和Y系;统计分析3个品系及杂交组合1~10周龄体重,结果表明各组生长最快的时期在4~6周龄。本研究结果为及时掌握各品系及杂交后代的生长发育规律提供了参考。The early bodyweight of natural breed F line,S3 line,Y line,hybridized combination of F♂×S3♀ and Y♂×S3♀,was measured,and three nonlinear curves of Logistic,Von Bertalanffy and Gompertz model were used to fit the growth curve in this study.The results indicated that the growth curves could be fitted by three nonlinear curve models,and the fitness exceeded 0.99,but the Gompertz model was much better to fit growth curves of natural breed chickens because of its higher fitness and less bias of predicted body weight on the given age;others parameter showed that S3 line in A,A/e and kyi was less than F and Y line;the weight from one to ten week was analyzed and the results indicated the best growth period was between four and six week.The research provided a reference for the growth developmental mechanism of cross natural breed and its parental lines.
