摘 要:目的:观察补充大豆蛋白和海洋肽对离心运动后大鼠血清CK-MM含量和骨骼肌中泛素连接酶Trim63mRNA基因表达的变化。方法:雄性SD大鼠72只,分为安静组、单纯运动组、运动+大豆蛋白组和运动+海洋肽组,进行六周跑台适应性离心运动(坡度-5°,前三周跑速分别为20、30、32.5 m/min,后三周速度35 m/min,2.5 min×6次,间歇1 min),最后一次运动后即刻、24 h、48 h取大鼠血清及股中肌备测。结果:补充大豆蛋白和海洋肽使延迟性肌肉损伤大鼠血清CK-MM含量减少(49.79±25.18 vs.52.40±12.86);运动后48 h单纯运动组Trim63基因表达较同组即刻明显增加(2.75±1.90vs.0.55±0.54,P<0.01);运动后48 h运动+补充大豆蛋白组Trim63基因表达较同时刻单纯运动组明显减少(0.43±0.09 vs.2.75±1.90,P<0.01),而且明显高于运动+海洋肽组(1.16±0.21 vs.0.43±0.09,P<0.05)。结论:相比海洋肽而言,同剂量大豆蛋白对胞膜的修复作用更好一些;对运动后Trim63基因表达的抑制作用,同剂量大豆蛋白的作用优于海洋肽。Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the ability of soybean protein and marine bioactive peptide to ameliorate exercise-induced injury following eccentric exercise.Methods: 72 Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups to receive 6 weeks of training before acute about of eccentric exercise in order to set up athlete model training with supplementation of supplying marine bioactive peptide,soybean protein and water,respectively.Exercise training consisted of downhill interval running 5 days /wk for 6 wk(-5°,20,30,32.5 m/min for first 3 wk,respectively and 35 m/min for the last 3 wk,6 bouts of 2.5min running with 1min resting interval).Vastus intermedius were collected separately at 0h,24h and 48h following last treadmill training.Trim63 mRNA expression in skeletal muscle was determined by QRT-PCR.Serum CK-MM was detected by HYDRASYS Electrophoresis Instrument.Results: Serum CK-MM in group supplying soybean protein was reduced than group with water at 48h(49.79±25.18 vs.52.40±12.86) but no significant different.Trim63 mRNA level in group supplying soybean protein was significantly lower than group with water (0.43±0.09 vs.2.75±1.90,P0.01) at 48h post acute eccentric exercise.However,no significant difference of Trim63 mRNA expression was found between group supplying marine bioactive peptide and group with water.There was significant different between groups supplying soybean protein and marine bioactive peptide in regarding to Trim63 mRNA expression at 48h post acute eccentric exercise(1.16 ±0.21 vs.0.43 ±0.09,P0.05).Conclusions: Soybean protein supplementation can partially inhibit Trim63 mRNA expression.It suggests soybean protein has more benefits than marine bioactive peptide on ameliorating.
