影响高校社会体育专业学生就业因素分析

摘　　要：采用探索性因素分析、多元方差分析与结构公式模型对影响社会体育专业学生的就业因素进行了探讨。分析社会体育专业学生的职业感性认识(包括预期职业满意感和职业承诺)和就业意图。通过设计问卷,调查收集数据,采用对未实习与已实习的社会体育专业学生进行问卷调查。实验表明实习两组学生在实习开始阶段,态度并无差异;实习后实验结果显示,完成全部实习的学生对于社会体育行业的工作态度明显比未完成全部实习的学生消极。此外,通过结构方程模型检验,显示出职业承诺能够影响学生的预期职业满意感和从业意图。This research used the method of exploratory factor analysis,multivalent variance analysis and structure formula model to analyze the employment factors of the social sports majors in the universities.It analyzes the career perceptual knowledge of the students（including professional vacation satisfaction） and employment intention.By designing questionnaire and collecting data to survey the students with the experience of internship and without internship by questionnaires.The experiment indicates that at the beginning of intern,the two groups of students have no significant differences.However,the students completing the internship are more pessimistic than the students without completing the internship.Moreover,by the structural formula model,it indicates that the profession commitment can affect the anticipated career satisfaction and intention of the students.
