健身气功的现象学美学解读

摘　　要：用现象学"本质直观"、"先验还原"法观照健身气功教学的审美要素及价值。认为:"本质直观"健身气功教学的技术特征为"心息相依,意形相随,动缓息长",其技术本质是蕴涵美的"情感性";"先验还原"教学过程则体现"行气"之原初性,即要经过腹式呼吸之纯粹意识,以上两个教学环节则是产生审美之要素。在此基础上,才会使练习者感知健身气功是现象中的一种独特审美对象,通过教学练习带来"立象以尽意"的审美意象,凭借"三调合一"这个直观的审美经验来感受,最终实现"舞"与"导"的具有"现象学美学"特征的审美价值。Using phenomenology of ＂essence intuitive＂,＂transcendental restoring＂at the aesthetic elements and value of Health Qigong,the paper reckons that technology feature of intuitive Health Qigong is ＂heart-shaped interest dependent,meaning that witches,dynamic huanxi long＂.Its technical nature is the “emotion” of aesthetics.“Priori restoring”health Qigong in teaching process is got“Xingqi”,that is to undergo abdominal breathing in pure consciousness.The above two teaching is to produce aesthetic elements,and on this basis,it will enable practitioners to perceive that Health Qigong is a phenomenon in a unique aesthetic objects.Through teaching the practice it brings “use image to express intention” aesthetic images.By the virtue of the “three-tone-in-one”,this visual aesthetic experience is to feel,and ultimately to achieve the “dance” and “Dao” aesthetic value of “phenomenology aesthetics” feature.
