内皮素和血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜腺癌中的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨内皮素(endothelin,ET)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在子宫内膜腺癌发病中的作用及相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测增殖期子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生症、子宫内膜腺癌中ET、VEGF的表达情况。结果子宫内膜腺癌、子宫内膜增生症、增殖期子宫内膜中ET阳性表达率分别为83.3%、50%、10.0%,VEGF阳性表达率分别为81.0%、56.3%、10.0%,并且ET和VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.884,P<0.01)。结论 ET、VEGF在子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展中起相互促进作用。Objective To investigate the role of endothelin （ET） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in the development of endometrial adenoearcinoma （EA） and their relationship. MethodsThe expression of ET and VEGF was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in proliferative phase of endometrium （ PPE）, hyperplasia of endometrium （HE） and EA samples, Results The positive rate of ET expression were 83.3% ,50.0% and 10.0% in EA,HE and PPE,while those of VEGF were 81.0%, 56.3% and 10% respectively. There was a positive correlation between the expression of ET and VEGF （ r = 0.884, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ET and VEGF may have a synergistic effect in the genesis and development of EA.
