摘  要:以不同年份采集的五叶地锦果实和种子为材料,对其有关性状进行观察与测定,结果表明:2005-2008年采集的种子千粒重依次分别为:25.4g、26.1g、25.7g、28.0g,均值为26.3g,差异不显著,这与长期无性繁殖密切相关。果实中含种子1-4粒不等,以1-3粒者居多。种子横切面呈圆形、半圆形、伞形和三角形,并具有不同的角度。种皮致密、坚硬,极其不易吸水,透性差,未经层积的种子发芽率低于20%,属于种皮机械障碍导致的深休眠类型。The fruits of Parthenocissus quinquefolia were collected during 2005?2008 for determining the fruit character.Thousand seed weight for the seeds collected in 2005,2006,2007,and 2008 was 25.4 g,26.1 g,25.7 g,and 28.0 g,respectively,with an average weight of 26.3 g.No significant difference in thousand seed weight was found for the seeds collected in different years,which is closely related to long-term vegetative propagation.Fruit contains seeds ranging from 1-4;however,in most cases a fruit contains 1-3 seeds.The cross section of seed presents rounding,semicircular,umbrella-type and triangle with different angles.Seed coat is compact,hard and difficulty for vapor to permeate.The germination percentage for the seeds without stratification was lower 20%.The seeds of P.quinquefolia belong to deep dormancy type due to mechanical obstacles of seed coat.
