摘  要:目的:研究大鼠急性牙髓炎造成中枢致敏时三叉神经脊束核极间亚核(interpolar part of spinaltrigeminal nucleus,Vi)和孤束核(nucleus tractus solitarius,NTS)内c-fos蛋白的变化情况。方法:建立大鼠急性牙髓炎模型,利用免疫组化实验检测不同时间点Vi核和NTS核c-fos蛋白的变化情况,采用单因素方差分析比较不同时间点的变化情况。结果:封药后12h至24h,Vi核c-fos阳性神经元表达数目明显增多;而双侧NTS内的c-fos阳性神经元数目在6h时最多,随后逐渐减少。结论:延髓内c-fos蛋白的变化时程与牙髓炎进展密切相关。Objective: To study the change of c-fos protein in Vi and NTS under hyperalgesia induced by LPS-derived acute pulpitis. Methods: A rat acute pulpitis model was induced, the express of e-los protein in Vi and NTS was screened by the means of immunoblot and the results were analysis by ANOVA. Result: The express of c-fos protein in Vi enhanced apparently at the time of 12h to 24h, The number of c-los positive neuron in NTS increased significantly till 6h after operation and then decreased gradually, but was sill higher than control group. Conclusion: The.expression of c-fos protein in medulla correlated closely with the development of acute pulpitis.
