深圳市某综合医院护士健康价值与生活方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市某综合医院护士的健康价值、生活方式及两者的相关性,为护理管理提供科学依据。方法采用一般状况调查表、健康价值量表和健康促进生活方式量表,运用整群取样的方法对深圳市某综合医院的667名护士进行问卷调查,并分析护士的健康价值与生活方式水平及两者间的关系。结果 11.54%的护士健康价值为高水平,50.67%的护士生活方式水平良好。护士的健康价值与生活方式呈正相关（r=0.77,P〈0.001）。结论护理管理者应提升护士的健康价值水平,激发其执行健康行为的潜能,以增进其健康生活理念和身心健康。Objective To investigate nurses＇ health value and lifestyle in a general hospital in Shenzhen,and to analyze the correlation between the two factors,so as to provide a scientific basis for nursing management.Methods Cluster sampling of 667 nurses in a general hospital in Shenzhen were investigated by using general information questionnaire,Health Value Scale and Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile,and the correlation between health value and lifestyle was analyzed.Results The investigation showed that 11.54 percent of nurses held a high level of health value,and 50.67 percent of nurses lived a better life style.There was a positive correlation between health value and lifestyle（r =0.77,P 0.001）.Conclusion Nursing managers should enhance nurses＇ health value and stimulate their abilities to adopt healthy behaviors,so as to improve the nurses＇ health-promoting concept and pay more attention to their physical and mental health.
