摘  要:利用台农4号凤梨植株生长点,经一定水平激素的无菌培养、诱导、分化形成丛生芽,在适宜的培养条件下培养25~30d,即可增殖1代,平均1个芽1代可增殖3~3-5个芽。采用机械损伤分生组织,激化分生组织细胞分化,可提高芽条增殖系数。有效芽条经转移生根培养可获得完整植株,移栽室外苗床成活率可达98%以上。The plant growing points of Tainong No.4 Pineapple were utilized to form cluster buds through the aseptic culture with the certain level hormone,induction and differentiation.After they were cultured for 25~30 days under the suitable cultural conditions,they could multiply one generation.One bud could multiply 3~3 5 buds on an average in one generation.Mechanically injuring meristematic tissues and activating meristematic cells to differentiate could raise the multiplication coefficient of bud sticks.The complete plants could be obtained from the effective bud sticks through the transfer rooting culture and the survival rate of their transplantation onto outdoor seedbeds could reach more than 98%.
