摘　　要：目的:探讨食管息肉的临床特征及治疗措施。方法:回顾性分析食管息肉患者78例的临床资料。结果:食管息肉多见于中年女性,多发生于食管中下段,临床上无典型症状,内镜下治疗效果满意,无出血、穿孔等并发症。结论:食管息肉为少见疾病,临床症状不典型,内镜下摘除治疗是安全有效的手术方法。Objective：To analysis the clinical features and treatment of esophageal polyps.Methods：Seventy-eight patients with esophageal polyps were collected.Rerults：Esophageal polyps is common in middle-aged women,in the lower or middle esophagus is more,there is no typical clinical symptoms,the effect of endoscopic treatment is satisfacted,no complications of bleeding and perforation occurs.Conclusion：Esophageal polyp is a rare disease,no typical symptoms,endoscopic treatment is safe and effective surgical method.
