摘 要:目的对比决明子、枸杞果、绿茶对非酒精性脂肪肝模型小鼠血脂代谢以及脂肪肝发展的影响情况。方法采用高脂饮食法(high fat diet,HFD)建立非酒精性脂肪肝小鼠模型,用决明子、枸杞果、绿茶浓缩液分别对甲、乙、丙三组予以灌胃治疗,同时对丁组模型对照组和戊组空白对照组予等量的生理盐水灌胃。经过4周喂养后,每2周在各组分别取5只小鼠进行解剖,取肝脏做石蜡切片进行组织病理学观察。同时采集静脉血,采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(T℃)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AET)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(n=5),并取肝脏,制肝匀浆,测定LTG、LTC。结果模型治疗组与两对照组相比,HDL-C有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TC、TG、ALT、AST、LDL-C、LTG、LTC明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论决明子、枸杞果、绿茶对于非酒精性脂肪肝模型对肝脏脂肪沉积以及肝内炎症发展均有一定程度的抑制作用,其抑制强度分别为决明子>枸杞果>绿茶。Objective To contrast cassia seed, wolfberry fruit and green tea of non - alcoholic fatty liver lipid metabolism of model mice and affect the development of situation. Methods To establish the mouse model of non - alcoholic fatty liver with the high fat diet (high fat diet, HFD), which was given concentrates of cassia seed, wolfberry fruit and green tea to A, B, C throe groups respectively with stomach treatment, meanwhile to the E control group and D model control group fed the same amount of saline. After 4 weeks' feeding, dissected 5 mice respectively from each group every 2 weeks, made the paraffin section of mouse liver for histopathological observation. Collected the venous blood serum and the liver homogenate then detected total cholesterol ( TC ), triglyceride ( TG), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase ( AST), low - density llpoprotein cholesterol ( LDLC ) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C) ( n = 5 ) in blood serum and determine the LTG, LTC of liver homogenate by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Compared with two control groups, HDL- C is higher in model treatment group, so the variation is remarkably (P 〈0. 05) ,TC.TG,ALT,AST,LDL- C,LTG, LTC level is obviously decroased, the the variation is romarkably ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion It suggested that the three materials can significantly improved the fuction of liver and reduce the tissue damage and inhibite the fatty liver degeneration, which the intension of inhibition is cassia 〉 medlar 〉 green tea.
