摘　　要：分析了国内运营商收入保障现状和TM Forum收入保障研究成果。在分析和研究TM Forum收入保障理论成果的基础上,针对国内运营商的具体实际,给出了一些开展收入保障工作的策略建议和实施建议。The status of revenue assurance work in domestic operators is analyzed, and the revenue assurance research results of TM Forum are given. Basing on the revenue assurance research results of TM Forum, the Revenue Assurance Strategy Proposition of Telecom Operators is given, which fits for the domestic operators.
