摘　　要：从影响我国高等学校办学效益的各要素分析,存在着一系列矛盾和问题。在大众化的高等教育阶段,我们要根据社会经济发展的需要和高校自身的发展规律和实际情况,按科学发展观的要求,有针对性地从关键环节入手,提高办学效益。从一定程度说,高等教育的科学发展问题就是提高办学效益问题。By analyzing the various elements of affecting our higher education schools＇ benefits, there is a series of contradictions and problems. In the universal higher education, according to the social and economic development needs, and the needs of schools themselves, we should raise schools＇ benefits based on the actual situation in the scientific development. To a certain extent, the scientific development of higher education is to imporove efficiency.
