口腔颌面肿瘤患者血清DR—70^(TM)检测分析

摘　　要：采用 ELISA法对 70例口腔颌面肿瘤患者 (恶性者 34例 ,良性者 36例 )和 37例正常人血清DR— 70 TM进行检测 ,结果阳性率分别为 6 7.6 5 %、8.33%和 8.1 1 % ,经统计学处理 ,恶性肿瘤组与良性肿瘤组和正常人组之间有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;还观察到在恶性肿瘤组中第三和第四期患者血清 DR—70 TM水平较高。提示血清 DR— 70 TM检测对口腔颌面肿瘤的鉴别诊断和预后判断有一定意义 。ELISA method was used to detect the level of serum DR_70 TM in 70 cases of oral and maxillofacial tumor patients (34 cases of malignant tumor and 36 cases of benign tumor) and 37 cases of normals. The Positive rates was 67.65%, 8.33% and 8.11%. Statistical analysis showed that there was significantly difference between malignant tumor group and the others( P <0.01).We discovered that the level of DR_70 TM was rather high in stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ malignant tumor patients. It indicated that detection of DR_70 TM was significant for the differential diagnosis and judgement of prognosis of oral and maxillofacial tumor, it can be used as worthy tumor marker.
