鼻咽癌分期对放疗疗效影响的分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨鼻咽癌虱福州分期对 放疗的疗效影响。方法　１９８８ 年６ 月至１９９２ 年７ 月期间完成放射治疗的１６５ 例鼻咽癌，均经 Ｃ Ｔ Ｓ 分析其分期中的各个因素对５ 年生存率的影响。结果　总的５ 年生存率为５４８ ％ 。Ⅰ～Ⅳ期的５ 年生存率分别为７７８ ％ 、６６７ ％ 、４８４ ％ 和３６８ ％ ，各组之间有显著性差异。结论　（１） Ⅰ～Ⅳ期的５ 年生存率各组之间有显著性差异，提示病期愈早，疗效愈好。（２） 生存率与局限鼻咽腔内的原灶大小没有明显关系，而与病灶侵犯的颅神经范围有关。Objective To study the association between the cliuical effects of radiotherapy and the staging system of Fushow for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Method\ 165 NPC patients from June 1988 to July 1992 were analysed retrospectively.All patients had received X-CT examination.Results\ The 5 year survival rate were 54.8% for the entire group.The 5 year survival rate were better for patients with stage I (77.8%),stage Ⅱ (66 3%) stage Ⅲ (48.4%) and stage Ⅳ (36.8%),there were significantly difference between each stage (P<0.05).Conclusion\ 1.The results showed that the Fushow staging system had significant effect on the survival rate.2 The survival rate were related to the involved area of cranial nerve and not to the size of local primary lesion in nasopharyneeal cavity.
