摘　　要：从20世纪90年代起,随着因特网的广泛应用,很多企业决策者都不约而同地意识到利用网络传递信息可以在一定程度上提高办事效率、提高企业的核心竞争力,从而纷纷建起了企业电子商务系统。然而,在企业开展的电子商务实践中既有成功的案例,也不缺乏失败者的身影,如何成功建设企业电子商务系统,提高企业电子商务系统的成功率,已经被广泛关注。Since the 1990s,many policy-makers of enterprise have built enterprise electronic business system because they realize that to some degree using the internet to transmit information will improve the work efficiency and enhance enterprise＇s core competitiveness.There are so many cases of failure and success of the electronic business practice in the enterprise.So it is highly concerned how to successfully build the system of an enterprise electronic business and how to increase the successful rate of enterprise electronic business system.
