DPC方案治疗食管鳞癌32例临床分析

摘　　要：[目的]回顾性分析顺铂、平阳霉素和环磷酸胺联合用药（DPC方案）治疗晚期食管鳞癌的疗效和生存期。[方法]32例患者每周期用顺铂75mg/m2、平阳霉素24mg/m2和环磷酰胺1000mg/m2。［结果］CR2例，PR12例，MR5例，SD12例，PD1例，有效率（CR＋PR)43、8%。全组中位生存期8个月，有效和无效者分别是9个月和4个月（P＜0.05），有效者中位缓解期6个月。治疗后主观症状有改善达68.8％。消化道反应、脱发和骨髓抑制毒副作用较轻，患者均可耐受。［结论]该方案对晚期食管鳞癌有一定疗效，用药方便，亦可推荐门诊病人使用。[Purpose]To evaluate the response rate and survival with the DPC regimen composed of cisplatin(DDP), pingyangmycin(PYM),and cyclwtosphamide (CTX) in the treatment of advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. [Method] Thirty - two patients received theedined regimen of DDP 75mg/m2, PYM 24mg/m2 and CTX1000mg/m2. [Result]Fourteen remissions (43. 8% ) were obtained, including twocomplete and hove Partial,with a median duration of response of 6 months. Overall median survival time was 8 months. Median survival time ofPatients with respose and no response are 9 and 4 months, respectively(P＜ 0.05). Toxicity was tolerable. [Conclusion]It is shown that the DPCregimen is effective for advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
