食管癌微血管定量及PCNA表达的临床意义

摘  要:[目的]检测食管癌CD34和PCNA的表达,探讨微血管密度和细胞增殖状态与食管癌临床病理的关系。[方法]运用免疫组化法对30例食管癌手术标本进行CD34和PCNA检测。[结果]CD34标记的微血管在食管癌中呈异质性。高分化、早期食管癌微血管密度明显低于低分化、中晚期食管癌(P<0.05和P<0.01),同样PCNA标记指数在高分化和早期食管癌中明显较低(P<0.05和P<0.01)。存活5年以上与5年以内复发死亡者之间微血管密度和PCNA指数差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]微血管定量和PCNA对食管癌预后判断有重要意义。[Purpose]T0 investigate the relationship between microvessel count, cell proliferation and clinicopathology in esophageal cancer.[Method]Immunohistochemical method was used to detect CD34 and PCNA expression in 30 cases of esophageal cancer. [Results] Microvesselslabelled by CD34 scatter heterologically. MVC in high grade differenciation, eary mp mph- cancer wi significanhy lower than tha in lowgrade differenciation, advanced sop esophageal caner (P <0.05 and P < 0.01 ). Similarly, PCNA LI was lower in high grade differenciation,early stage esophageal cancer(P < 0.05 and P < 0.01 ). MVC and PCNA LI in the patients suboved over 5 years we significantly lower than inthere died within 5 years (P < 0.01 ). [ Conclusion]MVC and PCNA have significance on prognosis in esophageal cancer.
