17例低位直肠癌术中应用吻合器疗效分析

摘　　要：［目的］探讨管状吻合器在低位直肠癌术中应用的临床意义。［方法］1989年～1998年对17例低位直肠癌行Dixon's手术中应用管状吻合器作结肠-直肠的端端吻合。［结果］17例中除发生2例吻合口狭窄、2例粪便控制不佳外，其余均满意。［结论］管状吻合器在低位直肠癌术中使用安全可靠，简便快速，并发症少，尤其低位直肠吻合的优势更为手法缝合所不及。[Purpose]To evaluate the clinic applicaion of tubular stapler for lower rectal cancer in operation. [Method] Seventeen cases withlower rectal carcinoma underwent Dixon's operation. Tubular stapler was used to perform end to end anastomosis between colon and rectum from 1989to 1998. [Result] With the exception of two anastomosis in 17 cases, all cases were satisfactory. [Conclusion]The application of tubular stapler in theoperation of lower rectal resection is safe and reliable. The advantages of tubular stapler are easy to leam and few complication. The lower segmentof rectum appears to be superior to the routine manual anastomosis.
