内镜下气囊扩张器在治疗食管贲门狭窄的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价气囊扩张器治疗食管贲门狭窄的临床疗效。方法:内镜直视下应用气囊扩张器对食管贲门狭窄病人进行扩张治疗。结果:扩张后效果均很显著,16例1次扩张成功,l例因狭窄病变重行多次扩张成功,2例恶性肿瘤患者置放记忆合金支架,所有患者经治疗后狭窄病情缓解,吞咽困难减轻甚至消失,营养改善,生活质量提高。结论:内镜直视下气囊扩张器扩张治疗食管贲门狭窄定位准确,安全可靠,成功率高,经济实惠,扩张囊为气囊,质地柔软,对患者损伤小,痛苦少,易于接受。Objective：Evaluation of balloon dilatation in treatment of esophageal stenosis patients.Methods：Application of endoscopic balloon dilatation of esophageal stenosis device to expand treatment.Results：After the expansion effects are very significant,successful expansion of l in 16 cases.1 case of re-stenosis due to repeated expansion success,2 patients with malignant memory alloy stent placement,all patlents in remission after treatment stenosis,dyspnagia,reduce or even disappear,Better nutrition,improved qualityof 1ife.Conclusion：Endoscopic balloon dilatation foresophageal stricture dilatation device accurate positioning,safe,reliable,high success rate,affordable,expanding the balloon capsule,soft,little injury to the patient,less pain,easier to accept.
