甘油保存角膜治疗角膜穿孔18例

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘油保存角膜治疗角膜穿孔的安全性及疗效。方法:对18例(18眼)角膜穿孔患者,使用甘油保存的角膜材料行角膜移植手术治疗,观察3～6个月。结果:18例患者15例保持角膜透明,3例角膜出现排斥反应而发生植片混浊或融解。结论:小范围角膜穿孔者,使用甘油保存角膜移植术治疗角膜穿孔是一种安全有效的手术。Objective：To explore the security and clinical results of therapeutic keratoplasty using the donor corneas freezing-preserved with glycerine for treating corneal perforation.Methods：A total of 18 eyes with corneal perforation underwent treating corneal perforation with the glycerine freezing-preserved corneas.Patiens were followed up from 3 to 6 months.Postoperative visual acuity,corneal graft transparency,graft rejection were observed.Results：15 cases were clear,immune rejection occurred in 3 cases（16.7%）and grait opacity or melting.Conclusion：Therapeutic keratoplasty using the donor corneas freezing-preserved with glycerine for treating corneal perforation is secure and available for smaller area corneal perforation.
