半球后注射曲安奈德治疗甲状腺相关眼病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨半球后注射曲安奈德治疗甲状腺相关眼病(Thyroid associated ophalmopathy,TAO)的临床疗效。方法:选择26例(41眼)TAO患者,患眼半球后注射曲安奈德20mg,每3周注射1次,4次为1疗程,治疗1～2疗程后观察患眼的自觉症状及体征情况。结果:随访6个月;大部分患者自觉症状、结膜水肿、眼球运动障碍明显好转或消失,视力明显改善;治疗前后的眼球突出度相比差异具有显著性(p<0.05);治疗前后睑裂宽度相比差异具有显著性(p<0.05);全部病例无明显并发症发生。结论:半球后注射曲安奈德治疗甲状腺相关眼病安全、有效。Objective：To evaluate clinical effects of semiretrobcular injection of triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of thyroid associated ophalmopathy.Methods：4 1 eyes of 26 cases with thyroid associated ophalmopathy were treated with semiretrobcular injection of triamcinolone acetonide（20mg for each eye）once every three weeks for four times during one course of treatment.Then symptoms and signs of the patients were observed after one or two courses.Results：Following up for 6 months or more feel symptoms,conjunctival edema and eye movement disorder of most cases improved significantly or disappeared,and visual acuity improved significantly in most cases.The exophthalmos degree before and after treatment was significantly different（p0.05）.The palpebral fissure width before and after treatment was significantly different（p0.05）.No serious complications occurred in all cases.Conclusion：The treatment that semiretrobcular injection of triamcinolone acetonide for thyroid associated ophalmopathy is safe and effective.
