摘　　要：在了解高校知识产权管理现状的基础上,从意识、管理、保护和运用层面分析存在问题。然后,基于产学研平台下的技术、市场和产权三位一体战略角度,构建高校知识产权管理模式,完善相应的知识产权管理体系,为提高高校的知识产权创造能力和运作效益提供理论指导。On the basis of understanding the status of university intellectual property management from the aspects of awareness,management,protection and application level,the paper analyzes the existing problems.Then,the paper constructs a model combined with technologies,markets and property rights to improve the corresponding intellectual property management system.The paper provides theoretical guide to improve the creativity and operational effectiveness for university intellectual property management.
