企业研发合作组织模式选择影响因素及决策机制研究

摘　　要：研发合作已经成为企业应对经济危机,提高产品技术水平的重要手段,而研发合作组织模式的选择对企业间研发合作的效果非常关键。总结了企业研发合作的两种主要模式及其特点,对影响企业研发合作组织模式选择的知识因素和非知识因素进行了分析,提出具体的决策流程,对企业决策机制进行了探讨。RD cooperation had become an important mean to respond to the economic crisis and enhance the level of technology of products for enterprises,while the selection of organizational mode between enterprises＇ RD cooperation was very critical.This paper summarized the main two organizational modes of RD cooperation and characteristic,analyzed the knowledge and non-knowledge factors which influenced the selection of organizational mode,proposed the specific decision-making processes and discussed the decision-making mechanism of enterprises.
