摘　　要：帽儿山滑雪场自2003年开业以来已经经营了8年多的时间,近几年在经营管理者的带领下经营状况越来越好,但是仍然存在着缺乏体育管理专业人才、经营理念陈旧、缺乏健全的管理人员培训体系等一系列的问题,因此对其现状进行分析和研究,提出相应的发展对策,以便提高滑雪场经营管理人才的素质以适应滑雪旅产业的不断发展。The ski field in Maoer mountain have run on more than 8 years since established in 2003, although its condition is getring better and better, there are still a series of problems, such as lack of professionals in sports administration, old operation ideas, the lack of a sound training system for coaches, so this article analyzes and studies on their status and provide corresponding development countermeasure, with the purpose of improving the diathesis of operation management talent and adapting the constantly development of ski industry
