摘　　要：通过对湖南省35家重点企业的专利信息应用能力、应用领域和利用途径的调研分析,发现企业专利信息的利用能力有待提高、应用范围有待拓宽、获取途径的选择应尽可能多样化。指出解决这些问题的关键在于加强专利信息分析人员的培养和引进、加大专利经费的投入和优化专利管理制度等。Patent information is strategic resource in the business management. Enterprise competitive power could be raised significantly by efficiently utilizing patent information. Research on 35 important enterprises in Hunan province showed that the utilization of patent information needs to be improved, the application domain needs to be widened, and the way to obtain patent information needs to be as diverse as possible. The keys to solve those problems are to enhance recruit and training of patent information analysts, increase the input of patent fund and optimize patent management system.
