摘　　要：科研课题经费预算是课题申报书的重要组成部分,是课题获得批准、执行和验收的依据。课题经费预算编制要遵循目标相关性、政策相符性和经济合理性的原则,要严格按统一规定的11个支出科目逐项进行科学全面详尽地编制,认真纠正目前存在的种种不规范问题,使课题预算编制更全面和更精细,更易于操作,以保障科研课题的顺利执行和完成。Funding budget of health research is the important part of research declaration and the basis of permission, implementation and acceptance. Compilation of funding budget of health research should obey the principles of objective relativity, policy agreement and economic rationality, and be organized comprehensively according to 11 expense subjects. The irregular problems should be corrected seriously. In this way, research budget compilation can be more comprehensive and meticulous, and be easy in operation to ensure the smooth operation and completion of scientific research.
