摘　　要：在马克思的历史唯物主义理论中，生产关系无疑是一个极其重要的概念。但如果对这一概念在马克思哲学发展的不同时期所具有的不同内涵缺乏一个准确的把握，那就不容易对马克思历史唯物主义的本质进行准确的界定，甚至还会由此而产生各种各样的误解。The content of K Marx's concept of relations of production underwent a development in the following stages: relations of exchange in general sense, unequal relations of exchange, relations of exchange with surplus income; relations of production closely related with forces of production·This is because K Marx's understanding of capitalist production also underwent a development in several stages·The deeper Marx figured out the difference between relations of exchange and relations of production, the more scientifically he grasped the essence of Historical Materialism with the core of inner contradiction between forces and relations of production·This viewpointwill surely be helpful for our study of Historical Materialism in currentacademic context·
