摘　　要：中国旅游本科教育历经30年的发展,在对中国旅游业的发展起到重大推动作用的同时,也面临种种发展困境———就业无市场、考研不对口、考公务员有障碍。表面看来,其原因在于教学方案存在问题,而深层原因则在于旅游管理学科理论根基的模糊不清。要解决这些问题,当下应重视教学方案的改革,长远地看,则需要理论建设的加强与学科地位的优化。In China,the tourism undergraduate education has contributed a lot to the tourism development while encounting various difficulties such as job-hunting problems,postgraduate study problems and the obstacles of becoming civil servants.It is due to the theoretical basis instead of the teaching curriculum.Thus the solution should focus on the feaching reform in the short term and theoretical enforcement and optimazation in the long run.
