摘　　要：高职院校师资队伍建设是一个薄弱环节。本文从高职教师应具备的修养方面进行了充分的分析并在此基础上提出了加强高职院校师资队伍建设的具体措施。Teaching staff construction is a weak link in higher vocational institutions. This article fully analyzed accomplishment that higher vocational teachers should have and on this basis, proposed concrete measures for strengthening the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational institutions.
