摘　　要：文章重点描述了新疆行政效能建设的现状,包括已取得的成绩与存在的问题,并提出了提高新疆行政效能,建设效能型政府的途径。The paper analyzes the government’s administrative efficiency in Xinjiang and describes the construction status of efficiency-oriented government,including the achievements which have been made and the difficulties which have been met in the process of construction.It also provides a solution to the improvement of the government’s administrative efficiency and the construction of efficiency-oriented government in Xinjiang.
