摘  要:目的比较不同方法对家蝇幼虫抗菌物质的诱导效果。方法室内饲养的家蝇三龄幼虫,分别经针刺诱导、沾取金黄葡萄球菌针刺诱导、沾取溶壁微球菌针刺诱导处理24 h和48 h,提取血淋巴,做抑菌试验,观察对溶壁微球菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌效果。结果各诱导组与对照组之间抑菌环直径差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),对溶壁微球菌的抑菌环直径明显大于对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径。3种处理方法之间比较,针刺诱导组处理后48 h提取的血淋巴对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径与金黄葡萄球菌诱导组和溶壁微球菌诱导组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3种诱导方法均能诱导家蝇幼虫体内抗菌物质的表达,表达的抗菌物质对溶壁微球菌的抑菌活性强于对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,抗菌物质对诱导方法可能无特异性。Objective To compare different methods of inducing antibacterial activity in larvae of the housefly.Methods Larvae were pricked with a needle dipped in Staphylococcus aureus and dipped in Micrococcus lysodeikticus for 24 hrs and 48 hrs,and then hemolymph was collected from the surviving larvae and tested against M.lysodeikticus and S.aureus.Diameters of clear inhibitory zones were observed and recorded to reveal antibacterial activity.Results Three groups with induced antibacterial activity had an inhibition zone with a significantly larger diameter than did the control group(P0.01),and the zone of M.lysodeikticus inhibition was markedly larger than the zone of S.aureus inhibition.There were no differences among the three groups with induced antibacterial activity,although the diameter of S.aureus inhibition 48 hrs after dipping was significantly larger than the diameter of inhibition for the two other groups with induced antibacterial activity(P〈0.05).Conclusion Results suggest that different methods can be used to induce antibacterial substances in housefly hemolymph,and the induced antibacterial activity was not related to the method by which activity was induced.
