摘　　要：目的评价Nance弓-横腭杆-双磨牙带环联合支抗增强磨牙支抗的效果。方法选择14-28岁安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错患者37例,使用Nance弓-横腭杆-双磨牙带环联合支抗增强上颌磨牙支抗,并对治疗前后X线头影测量值及牙模型的各项指标变化进行分析。结果磨牙前移量小于拔牙间隙的1/3。∠GoGn-SN和ALFH/AFH治疗前后变化无统计学意义,宽度矫治前后变化亦无统计学意义。结论 Nance弓-横腭杆-双磨牙带环联合支抗是一种简单有效、非依赖性,具有三维控制作用的强支抗系统,并能有效控制磨牙伸长。Objective To evaluate the effects in reinforcing the upper first molar anchorage with Nance-TPA-double molars band combined anchorage.Methods Thirty-four cases aged t5-26 years with Angle class 1I division 1 malocclusion were collected.The Nance-TPA-double molars band combined anchorage were used to reinforce the upper first molar anchorage.The analysis of Cephalometric films and dental plaster models was performed before and after the treatment.Results The measurement of mesial movement of the upper molars were less than 1/3 of the extraction space.The changes of angle GoGn-SN,ALFH/AFH and the width in firstmolar were not significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion The Nance-TPA-double molars band combined anchorage is a simple,effective and nodependent strong anchorage system with three-dimensional control of the molars.It can prevent the extension of the molars effectively.
