摘  要:目的探讨循证医学教学法在神经病学临床实践教学中的应用价值。方法随机选择60名七年制学生分成两组,分别采用循证医学教学法和传统病例讨论法进行试验教学后,进行临床能力考核。结果试验组学生对课堂总体评价满意率均高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。临床能力考核中,试验组病史采集、体格检查、实验室检查、诊断、治疗正确性评分及总分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证医学教学法能有效提高学生的临床实践技能,是传统教学方法的辅助和补充。Objective To study the application of evidence-based medicine(EBM) in neurological teaching for bachelor-master's degree continuous education.Methods A total of 60 students were recruited from the neurology department at Tianjin Medical University General Hospital.Students were divided into EBM learning group and usual teaching group.Results There were statistical significant differences of history,general physical examination,laboratory investigation,diagnose,treatment and total score(P0.05).Conclusion We found that EBM learning play an important role,introduction the EBM learning could improve the quality of neurological teaching for bachelor-master's degree continuous education.
