摘　　要：克罗恩病的发病机制复杂,其中由活化免疫细胞产生的细胞因子越来越受到人们的关注。中医药对其发病机制以及治疗的研究也取得了较大进展。对引起该病的促炎因子、抗炎因子作用机制以及中医药的治疗研究进行综述。Pathogenesis of Crohn＇s disease is complicated,cytokine generated by activated immunocyte get more and more attention.Traditional Chinese Medicine made great progress in research of pathogenesis and treatment.This article states the mechanism of proinflammatory factor,anti-flammatory factor and the research of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment.
