加味茵陈蒿汤对高脂饮食小鼠SOD、MDA的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味茵陈蒿汤对高脂饮食小鼠肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:60只雌性昆明种小鼠经高脂饲料喂养6周后,随机分为模型对照组,0.5、1、2倍等效临床剂量加味茵陈蒿汤组及对照药山楂精降脂片组;另设12只为普食对照组。各组分别灌胃给药4周后检测肝组织匀浆上清SOD活力和MDA含量。结果:高脂饮食可导致肝组织SOD活力降低及MDA含量升高;加味茵陈蒿汤及山楂精降脂片均可使肝组织SOD活力提高(P<0.01),并恢复至正常水平;与模型对照组比较,加味茵陈蒿汤低剂量组可降低肝组织MDA含量(P<0.05),其余各组对MDA含量的改变无统计学差异。结论加味茵陈蒿汤能有效改善高脂饮食小鼠的抗氧化能力,对该方药理学机制的进一步研究可为该方防治高脂血症及其并发症提供新的思路和依据。Objective：To investigate the effects of Jiawei Yinchenhao Decoction on SOD,MDA in liver tissues of high-fat feeding mice.Methods：After 6 weeks fed with high fat diet,60 Kunming female mice were randomly divided into six groups： the model control group,the three groups of Jiawei Yinchenhao Decoction（the half,same,and double of equipotent clinic dosage）,the Shanzhajing Jiangzhi tablet group,and the normal diet group.The SOD,MDA in liver tissues of mice in each group were detected after given medications by gavage for 4 weeks.Results： High fat diet could reduce the content of SOD and increase the content of MDA in mice liver tissues.Jiawei Yinchenhao Decoction and Shanzhajing Jiangzhi tablet both could increase SOD activity to the normal level（P0.01）.Compared to the model control group,the low-dosage group of Jiawei Yinchenhao Decoction could decrease the content of MDA（P0.05）,Other groups had no obvious difference in statistics.Conclusion：Jiawei Yinchenhao Decoction can improve effectively the antioxidative capacity of mice fed with high fat diet.The further study on the pharmacological mechanism about this decoction may provide new trains of thought as well as basis for prevention and cure of hyperlipidemia and its complications.
