摘　　要：为了提高公司工作效率和销售管理水平,该文通过在销售过程中进行严格的控制与全过程的监控,对销售人员的规范操作起到指导和监督控制作用,从而便于销售统计,销售查询,和公司主管的销售策略的分析,减少了公司销售管理工作的强度。In order to improve company efficiency and sales management,this paper proposed strictly in the sales process control and monitoring of the whole process,regulate the operation of the sales staff to play the role of guidance and supervision and control.To facilitate the sales statistics and sales enquiry,and company in charge of sales strategy,reduce the strength of sales management.
