摘　　要：基于IP方式的语音交换系统,是将基于IP协议的分组交换网用来传递电话语音信号,通过SIP、RTP/RTCP等协议来控制传输过程,有效的改善通话质量,解决存储转发方式用于语音信号传输存在的缺陷。Based on IP mode,the voice switching system based on IP protocol is used to pass the telephone switching the grouping of speech signal,through the SIP/RTP/RTCP,etc,to control the transmission process,agreement call quality effectively improved,solve store-and-forward mode for the defects of speech signal transmission.
