摘 要:目的:Fmr1基因敲除对小鼠生长发育的影响.方法:挑选10周龄FVB小鼠和Fmr1基因敲除小鼠各20只(雌、雄各半),采取1∶1同居,全同胞兄妹近交繁殖,测定子代生长发育指标,进行统计分析.结果:Fmr1基因敲除小鼠体质量与体长分别为:0 d,(1.25.4±0.21)g,(38.99±1.74)mm;21 d,(8.17±2.26)g,(122.81±11.42)mm;60 d,(22.93±2.93)g,(180.19±7.46)mm;FVB小鼠体质量与体长分别为:0 d,(1.33±0.23)g,(40.53±3.05)mm;21 d,(7.75±1.56)g,(118.73±7.85)mm;60 d,(21.11±1.99)g,(176.43±5.73)mm.两个品系的小鼠体质量与体长的增长差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论:Fmr1基因敲除不影响小鼠正常的生长发育.Objective: TO study the impact of Fmrl gene knock-out on growth and development of mice. Methods:Each 20 of 10-week-old FVB mice and Fmrl knock-out mice (half to half by female/male ratio) were selected. All mice were inbred under 1:1 full-sib mating. Data on growth performance in filial generations were measured and subjected to statistical analysis. Results:Weights and lengths of Fmrl knockout mice were,respectively, (1.25 ±0.21) g and (38.99 ± 1.74) mm on day 0,(8.17 ±2.26) g and (122.81 ±11.42) mm on day 21 ,(22.93 ±2.93) g arid (180.19 ±7.46) nun on day 60; those of FVB mice were (1.33 ±0.23) g and (40.53 ±3.05) mm on day 0,(7.75±1.56) gand (118.73±7.85) mm on day 21,(21.11 ±1.99) gand (176.43±5.73) mm on day 60. No statistical difference in gains of weight and length was noted between FVB and Fmrl knockout mice (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion :Fmrl knockout may have no impacts on growth performance in mice.
