PPARγ和p27在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨PPARγ和p27在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测50例宫颈癌、25例宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)和10例正常宫颈组织石蜡包埋组织中PPARγ、p27的表达。结果 PPARγ在CIN和宫颈癌组织中的表达率分别为52.0%(13/25)和76.0%(38/50),明显高于正常宫颈组织的10.0%(1/10)(P<0.05)。p27在CIN和宫颈癌组织中的表达率分别为56.0%(14/25)和32.0%(16/50),显著低于正常宫颈组织的80.0%(8/10)(P<0.05)。PPARγ阳性表达在不同组织学类型中有统计学意义(P<0.05);p27阳性表达在不同组织学类型中无统计学意义(P>0.05);PPARγ和p27表达与宫颈癌患者的年龄、临床分期、分化程度均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 PPARγ和p27可能参与了CIN、宫颈癌的发生、发展,对宫颈癌的诊断有一定的帮助。Objective To examine the expression and clinical significance of PPARγ and p27 in cervical carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect expressions of PPARγ and p27 in 50 cervical carcinoma tissues,25 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN） tissues and 10 normal cervical epithelia tissues.Results Positive rates of PPARγ in CIN and cervical carcinoma tissues were 52.0% and 76.0%,which were higher than that in normal tissues（100%）,showing significant differences（P0.05）.Positive rates of p27 in CIN and cervical carcinoma tissues were 56.0% and 32.0%,which were lower than that in normal tissues（80.0%）,showing significant differences（P0.05）.The positive expression of PPARγ was associated with histological classification（P0.05）,while p27 was not.The positive expressions of PPARγ and p27 were not associated with age,clinical stages and differentiation grades（P0.05）.Conclusion PPARγ and p27 may involve in the initiation of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinoma.PPARγ and p27 could be used as markers for early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma,and increase the ratio of early diagnosis.
