摘　　要：目的:观察分析两种类型下睑内翻倒睫手术治疗的临床疗效。方法:对先天性睑内翻倒睫患者,一般采用下穹窿皮肤穿线术、L形皮肤切除去除赘皮及肥厚的轮匝肌两种手术方式。对老年痉挛性睑内翻倒睫患者,采用增强下睑皮肤眶隔张力、眼轮匝肌增强术。结果:本组102例198眼,均Ⅰ期愈合,术后1周180只眼全部矫正,24只眼轻度过矫。术后1月,191只眼全部矫正(占96.46%),4只眼轻度过矫(占2.02%),3只眼轻度欠矫(占1.52%)。结论:在下睑内翻倒睫的手术治疗中,只有根据患者的实际情况灵活运用手术方式,才会使得术后效果满意。Objective Observe and analyze the two types of lower eyelid entropion trichiasis surgery clinical efficacy.Methods Congenital entropion trichiasis of patients,generally under the dome of skin threading technique,L-type skin excision and removal of redundant skin orbicularis muscle hypertrophy in two surgical methods.On the old Spastic entropion trichiasis patients,lower eyelid skin and orbital septum with the enhanced tension,orbicularis muscle enhancement surgery.Results 198eyes 102 patients in this group were Ι healing,after 1 week all 180 eyes corrected,24 eyes had mild correction.After 1 month,191 eyes of all the correction（accounting for 96.46%）,4 eyes had mild correction（accounting for 2.02%）,3 eyes with mild undercorrection（accounting for 1.52%）.Conclusions In the lower eyelid entropion trichiasis surgical treatment,only the patient＇s condition based on flexible use of surgical procedures,will make the results were satisfactory after surgery
