摘　　要：目的　探讨舞蹈治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者的辅助作用。方法　在药物治疗的同时，对３０ 例慢性精神分裂症患者辅以舞蹈治疗（ 治疗组） ，３０ 次为一个疗程；采用简明精神病评定量表（ Ｂ Ｐ Ｒ Ｓ） 和阴性症状量（ Ｓ Ａ Ｎ Ｓ） 表于治疗前后分别进行评定，并与单纯药物治疗的３０ 例慢性精神分裂症患者（ 对照组） 进行对照。结果　经舞蹈治疗后，治疗组 Ｂ Ｐ Ｒ Ｓ 和 Ｓ Ａ Ｎ Ｓ评分中位数分别为２６ 和１７ ，均低于治疗前（ Ｂ Ｐ Ｒ Ｓ和 Ｓ Ａ Ｎ Ｓ 分别为３１ 和２７ ； Ｐ＜ ００５ ～００１） ，亦低于对照组（ 分别为２８ 和１９ ； Ｐ＜００５ ～００１） 。结论　辅以舞蹈治疗对于慢性精神分裂症患者精神症状的缓解、社会功能恢复，及康复治疗均有积极意义。Objective To improve the psychiatric symptoms of the chronic schizophrenic patients, and reduce the deterioration of their mental activities Methods 30 chronic schizophrenic patients were treated with music dance therapy for 30 times in combination with antipsychotic drugs, compared with 30 chronic patients treated with antipsychotic drugs alone The Brief Psychiatry Rating Scale (BPRS) and Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS) were assessed before and after the treatment Results The two scales were significantly reduced in music dance group after the treatment ( P <0 05～0 01), and also lower than that of alone antipsychotic drugs group ( P <0 05～0 01) Conclusions The music dance therapy may produce positive effects on the improvement of the psychiatric symptoms and rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenia patients
