摘 要:目的:评价钛网成型自体颗粒骨复合骨修复材料移植重建兔下颌骨节段性缺损的成骨效果。方法:18只新西兰家兔,均建立单侧下颌骨节段性缺损模型,随机分为3组,用钛网成型重建下颌骨外形后,分别移植自体颗粒骨、骨修复材料和自体颗粒骨复合骨修复材料。术后12周取移植骨做组织学检查及Micro-CT检查。应用SPSS 14.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:骨移植部位有大量新生骨组织形成,材料已大部分吸收,实验组自体颗粒骨复合奥邦骨修复材料的骨体积分数和骨密度与仅用自体颗粒骨移植组无显著差异。结论:钛网支撑自体颗粒骨复合骨修复材料移植能够形成良好的骨组织学结构,为下颌骨缺损修复提供了新的思路。PURPOSE: Mandibular reconstruction with autogenous bone grafting required a large amount of bone mass.In this study,we investigated the effect of the shaped titanium mesh with autogenous particulate bone combined with bone repair materials for reconstructing the segmental mandibular defect in rabbits.METHODS: 18 New Zealand white rabbits were prepared for unilateral segmental mandibular detect models,and randomized into 3 groups.After reconstructing the shape of the mandible by titanium mesh,autogenous particulate bone,bone repair material and autogenous particulate bone combined with bone repair material were grafted respectively.Histological observation and Micro-CT of the grafted bone in titanium mesh were studied 12 weeks after surgery.The data were analyzed using SPSS 14.0 software package.RESULTS: Abundant new bone was formed in the bone grafting site,and most of the material was absorbed.There was no significant difference in bone volume and bone density between the experimental group and autogenous particulate bone graft group.CONCLUSION: Titanium mesh shaped autogenous particulate bone graft combined with bone repair material can form a good structure of bone tissue,which provided a new way for mandibular reconstruction.
