终身化教育思想下的自学考试培养目标的改革

摘  要:随着学习型社会的构建,以单一的追求学历的自学考试目标显然已经不适合当今的现实需要了。在终身化教育思及个性化教育思想的指导下,根据社会以及考生的需求,并以国家的培养目标为依据,高等教育自学考试的培养目标应该是多元化的。多元化的培养目标是指针对不同的学生需求,灵活多样的设置不同的培养目标,并将设置多样化的课程体系作为其主要的实现方式。With the construction of a learning society, the self--taught exam training objective of single pursuing formal schooling records has apparently become unsuitable for the development nowadays. Under the guidance of life--long education and individualized education, it is put forward that the training objectives of self--taught higher education exams should be diversified with reference to the training objectives of the state, considering the demands of the society and the students. Moreover, based on the above, the paper further comes up with the specific characterization and the realization methods of diversified training objectives. Diversified training objectives refer to flexibly setting different training objectives aiming at the demands of different students and making the main realization method out of the arrangement of diversified curriculum system.
