摘 要:目的:探讨STAT3与MMP-2在肝细胞癌中的临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测肝细胞癌组织及癌旁组织中STAT3与MMP-2的表达,分析STAT3、MMP-2与病理分化、TNM分期、生存期的关系。结果:STAT3与MMP-2在肝癌组织表达阳性率分别为71.4%、73.2%,癌旁组织中阳性率分别57.1%、80.4%,肝癌组织STAT3与癌旁组织中MMP-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.483,P<0.01)。结论:STAT3与MMP-2参与肝癌的发生发展过程,可作为评估肝细胞癌转移、侵袭及术后预后的指标。Objective To explore the expressions and clinical prognostic significances of STAT3 and MMP- 2 in hepatocellular carcinomas tissue (HCC). Methods Expressions of STAT3 and MMP-2 in 56 specimens of HCC and 56 specimens of adjacent tissues of HCC were investigated by immunohistochemistry,and the relationships among STAT3 and MMP-2 and pathological differentiation, survival, and clinical feature were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of STAT3 and MMP-2 in HCC were 71.4% and 73.2%, and those in adjacent tissues of HCC were 57.1% and 80.4%, respectively. There was a positive relationship between the expression of STAT3 in HCC and that of MMP-2 in adjacent tissues of HCC (r = 0.483,P 〈 0.01). Conclusion STAT3 and MMP-2 may take part in the occurrence and development of HCC, and may be used as indicators for metastasis, infestation, and prognosis after operation of HCC.
