摘　　要：法治中国的法律实践正在发生向"司法中国"法律实践的转向,"司法中国"这一时代主题预示了"中国法律方法论研究时代"的到来。尽管中国法律方法论的研究还仅仅是作为一个正在兴起的学术个案,但以集中关注"司法中国"主题的中国法律方法论在推动中国法律和法律学的研究上将发挥着极其重要的作用。在"中国法律方法论研究时代"到来的历史境况下,中国法律方法论的研究既需要对现有的研究作一种反思,也需要对未来可能的"缺席"因素作一种前瞻。当然,这种反思和前瞻也期待着各种可能的"质疑"。In China,the judicial practice is becoming more and more important in the legal practice,so the Chinese Legal Methodology is an important topic for the study of Legal Methods.Today the Chinese Legal Methodology is only an emerging academic,which will play an extremely important role to the study of the Chinese laws and the Chinese Legal Science.A review and a foresight to the Chinese Legal Methodology are necessary,but a Query is also looking forward.
