准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术治疗近视临床报告

摘　　要：目的　评价准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术（ Ｌ Ａ Ｓ Ｉ Ｋ） 治疗中、高度近视的效果和安全性。方法　对２２ 例（４１ 眼） 中、高度近视行 Ｌ Ａ Ｓ Ｉ Ｋ 手术，其屈光度（ 等值球镜） － ２ ．５０ Ｄ～－ １０ ．００ Ｄ，平均－ ６ ．５７ ±２ ．０１ Ｄ，散光≤－ ３ ．５０ Ｄ，术后１ 、３ 个月复查视力、屈 光度、角膜地形图、角膜上皮及角膜层间混浊（ Ｈａｚｅ） 等并发症情况。结果　术后１ 月平均裸眼视力１ ．０２ ±０ ．０９８ ，其中≥１ ．０ 者达６５ ．８５ ％ ，矫正视力≥１ ．０ 者达９７ ．６ ％ ；术后３ 月平均裸眼视力１ ．０８ ±０ ．１３ ，其中≥１ ．０ 者占８５ ．３６ ％ ，矫正视力≥１ ．０者占９７ ．６ ％ ；实际矫正屈光度与预期矫正屈光度相差在±１ ．０ Ｄ 者占７８ ．１ ％ ，矫正视力≥１ ．０ 者占１００ ％ 。实际矫正屈光度与预期矫正屈光度相差在±１ ．０ Ｄ 者１ 个月时３１ 眼（７６ ％ ） ，３ 个月时３３ 眼（８０ ．５ ％ ） ，相差１ ．２５ Ｄ～±２ ．０ Ｄ１ 个月时１０ 眼（２４ ％ ） ，３个月时８ 眼（１９ ．５ ％ ） 。结论　准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术（ Ｌ Ａ Ｓ Ｉ Ｋ） 矫正中，高度近视安全、可靠、预测性高，是目前最有前景的屈?Objectives To evaluate the efficacy and safety of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) for the correction of moderate and high myopia.Methods 22 cases (41 eyes) underwent laser in situ keratomileusis for correcting myopia ranging from -3.50 to -10.00 diopters.After surgery,the vision,refraction,corneal haze,corneal topography,intraocular pressure and other complications of all patients were observed at 1,3 month.Results One month after operation,the mean uncorrected visual acuity was 1.02±0.09.The uncorrected visual acuities were 1.0 or better in 65.85%;the visual acuities with spherical correction were 1.0 or better in 97.60%.31 eyes (76%) were within +/- 1.00D,10 eyes (24%),within +/- 1.25～2.00 diopter of emmetropia.Postoperatively three months,the mean uncorrected visual acuity was 1.08±0.13.The uncorrected visual acuities were 1.0 or better in 85.36%;the visual acuities with spherical correction were 1.0 or better in 100%.33 eyes (80.5%) were within +/- 1.0D,8 eyes (19.5%) within +/- 1.25～2.00 diopter of emmetropia.For all patients,no haze and severe complications were observed.Conclusions the results suggested laser in situ keratomileusis was effective,predictable,and safe method for treatment of moderate and high myopia.
